Denise has over 30 years of experience in HR, specialising in redundancy programmes, performance management, TUPE, change management, mergers & acquisitions, and the implementation of HR functions. She provides both strategic and operational HR solutions.
Denise has a proven track record in developing and delivering HR strategies that align with business objectives. She has worked closely with Chief Executives and senior management to enhance performance and improve productivity, earning a reputation for making a real impact.
Before founding People Interactive Consultancy, Denise was Head of HR and a Limited Director at Teather & Greenwood. She has also held HR roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ford Motor Company.
In her spare time, Denise is a proud mother of twins and advocates for strong menopausal policies within large company structures in the UK.
