Health Screenings & Tests

Our Well Woman package is designed to give women a comprehensive health review, including reproductive and sexual health. It covers a consultation, examinations, screenings and a report with explanation of results and any necessary prescriptions or referrals.

Yes, the following tests can also be added to a well woman check at an additional cost:

• Swab tests for sexually transmitted infections
• Swabs test for infections
• Blood tests for haemoglobin, thyroid profile, cholesterol profile, vitamin D, ferritin levels, glucose
• Ultrasound scan

Most of the tests are quick and cause little to no pain, though some may involve mild discomfort. Blood tests involve a brief needle prick, swab tests may feel slightly uncomfortable depending on the area, and ultrasounds are generally painless, with internal scans sometimes causing light pressure. A pap smear may cause a short sensation of pressure or slight discomfort, but the overall experience is usually manageable and well-tolerated by most people. 

Test results can be delivered anytime between 2-3 working days to 10 working days. Results delivery is dependent on the tests done.

We do not offer Smear and HPV tests without a Consultation with an expert Consultant gynaecologist. We believe it is important to be able to provide timely advice from an expert Consultant gynaecologist at the point of receiving test results and to provide end-to-end care to our patients.
