Miss Sapna Shah is a consultant gynaecologist at the Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust, where she also serves as the lead for colposcopy.
She works both privately and within the NHS, with a specialist focus on:
● Colposcopy
● Vulval conditions
● Outpatient hysteroscopy
She qualified as a consultant gynaecologist in 1999 from the Royal Free Medical School and later completed a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in human papillomavirus (HPV) and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia in women with weakened immune systems. Her academic and clinical background supports her evidence-based, patient-focused approach to care.
Miss Shah is a member of the British Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology, the British Society for the Study of Vulval Disease and the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare.
Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys baking (and has won a local baking competition), country walks and spending time with her two sons.
